Diving in the Caribbean Sea can be a hazardous activity, and our diving business provides dives that may involve encounters with sharks, manta rays, and other wild aquatic animals. 

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our divers, we cannot guarantee that all dives will be free from risk or incident. By participating in our diving activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with diving and the potential dangers posed by encounters with wild aquatic animals and/or other dangers.

Release of Liability

By signing up for our diving services, you agree that you will not hold our diving business, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates liable for any injury, illness, death, or other harm that may result from your participation in our diving activities, including any incidents involving encounters with wild aquatic animals. You also agree to release our diving business from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action that may arise from your participation in our diving activities.

Responsibility of Participants

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and properly trained for the diving activities that you wish to participate in. You must also follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our diving business and its employees. Failure to do so may result in injury, illness, or death.
